In Good condition, no scratches, came in original box, the only thing was that it didn't have the charger.

Everything with the phone is great and love the phone. The only problem I had was with ups customer service. First delivery attempt they came early with no update, so I had to wait an extra day. I called customer service and they were no help, very short with me, with no definitive answer.

came in VERY GOOD condition and i am in love, basically new fr. but i will say that it is quick to overheat while on the charger, but that may be because i leave it up under the cover or up under the pillow. other than that, no complaints!!!

As far as cosmetic condition, the phone is beautiful and flawless. I’ve noticed no signs of wear or scratches. However, this phone was advertised as “unlocked” and it isn’t. It clearly says right in the settings “SIM locked”. Therefore I spent over $50 on an eSIM for service I now cannot use because the phone will not connect to an eSIM. The only way I was able to use it was to actually purchase a SIM card. And the phone did not come with the little key to get into the SIM compartment, so that was a little inconvenient, as well. I considered returning the phone because it’s not what I paid for. And I paid quite a bit for this phone, but I’m only going to be using it for doing invoices for work and a little bit of the internet. And I do love the color and condition of the phone. So far, it’s running nicely and the battery holds a charge. I don’t know why the seller would send me a locked phone when I bought an unlocked one. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? This was my first buy on this site and I have been looking for a yellow iPhone 11 in excellent condition for months now and was so happy to have found it here. I just wish I had a better experience as I thought this would be a site I could use again in the future. Now, I’m unsure.
