Was nervous about buying a reconditioned smartwatch due to battery life on older series watch but the one I received was at 100% and holds charge great! Amazing price and happy with how it works.

Even though tho it said the battery would be like fair use it was still 100 percent the whole felt brand new, i felt like i had to break it in(Game heavy) it still on 99 percent. I really appreciate the backmarket and will definitely be back.

In Good condition, no scratches, came in original box, the only thing was that it didn't have the charger.

came in VERY GOOD condition and i am in love, basically new fr. but i will say that it is quick to overheat while on the charger, but that may be because i leave it up under the cover or up under the pillow. other than that, no complaints!!!

As far as cosmetic condition, the phone is beautiful and flawless. I’ve noticed no signs of wear or scratches. However, this phone was advertised as “unlocked” and it isn’t. It clearly says right in the settings “SIM locked”. Therefore I spent over $50 on an eSIM for service I now cannot use because the phone will not connect to an eSIM. The only way I was able to use it was to actually purchase a SIM card. And the phone did not come with the little key to get into the SIM compartment, so that was a little inconvenient, as well. I considered returning the phone because it’s not what I paid for. And I paid quite a bit for this phone, but I’m only going to be using it for doing invoices for work and a little bit of the internet. And I do love the color and condition of the phone. So far, it’s running nicely and the battery holds a charge. I don’t know why the seller would send me a locked phone when I bought an unlocked one. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? This was my first buy on this site and I have been looking for a yellow iPhone 11 in excellent condition for months now and was so happy to have found it here. I just wish I had a better experience as I thought this would be a site I could use again in the future. Now, I’m unsure.

No problems with the phone. It's smaller than I'm used to, but I'm only using it for an emergency internet service with another provider, so - who cares :) Phone arrived clean, with no scrapes or whatever, it even had a screen protector installed already. Happy with the process, speed of delivery, and end delivery. If I have another phone I need, I'll look here 1st!
