I got the Premium Samsung Fold 6. The bad. It was not in a original box and did not have the factory peel off plastic it would have it it was un-used. It also was not reset back to factory settings. It did come in very good condition though. I would think it should have been sold as Excelent and not Premium. The good, I did get my purchase 1 day earlier than I expected. I do like my purchase. But, I think Excelent condition should be open box and like new. Premium, should be open box but absolutely not used with factory plastic seals and or factory case/box. But, I did get a good unlocked phone.

In Good condition, no scratches, came in original box, the only thing was that it didn't have the charger.

Even though tho it said the battery would be like fair use it was still 100 percent the whole felt brand new, i felt like i had to break it in(Game heavy) it still on 99 percent. I really appreciate the backmarket and will definitely be back.

The phone is flawless. As good as new... everything worked perfectly. If I where to criticize anything it'd be to try and make delivery times a bit shorter. Happy to be using a re-used/re-cycled phone at half it's original price

Delivering was longer than expected, but phone was as described in great condition. This is my 2nd purchase from Backmarket. I was happy with the first purchase so didn't hesitate to order again. Thank you for making the upgrade affordable!

Only thing that I wish I had known before the purchase was what the battery health of the phone was. I’m probably going to have to replace the battery in a year to keep from having to charge my phone multiple times a day.

No problems with the phone. It's smaller than I'm used to, but I'm only using it for an emergency internet service with another provider, so - who cares :) Phone arrived clean, with no scrapes or whatever, it even had a screen protector installed already. Happy with the process, speed of delivery, and end delivery. If I have another phone I need, I'll look here 1st!

My iPad is beautiful, clean, and perfect! As a college student, I find great reliance on it and it’s been working like a charm since I’ve received it! Glad I could recycle and better help the environment by not buying a new one.

The product is as described. It did arrive 30 and there was a visible crack on the screen, although the description seemed as if there wouldn’t be a visible crack. Product is fully functional, although there were some odd delays I was not expecting. I reset the iPad once more for good measure and it seems to be working fine now… Not sure why there was a delay when I first got it though… I’ll be keeping my eye on it…
