    I was skeptical but I’m so happy I bought from Back Market. I bought this phone in fair condition to use as a work phone and I’m thoroughly satisfied. The phone is in great condition besides a few tiny scratches on the screen (but that’s to be expected). The phone has 0 issues software-wise and the battery health seems good for how old the phone is. I would definitely purchase again. If you are having any doubts, let this be your sign!     First time buyer from Back Market and buying a refurbished phone period. So far it's been great! It barely looks used and the battery and phone quality is more than what I hoped for. My last phone was a Samsung Galaxy S7 so although the A15 is not a flagship phone, it's been so much better and faster.

    The iPad arrived on schedule and works great. As advertised, it is in like-new condition. And the price was definitely right compared to buying new at Apple's ridiculous retail cost. The purchase experience was very professional, with BackMarket sending me regular updates about the status of my order and shipping tracker. I appreciate the free shipping, and also appreciate that you use USPS, with a signature required by the recipient. We have porch pirates who steal packages off the doorstep, and that was a big concern of mine for this order. So, when the doorbell rang with the mailman standing on my doorstep with the iPad and his phone outstretched for my signature, that was a huge relief. I purchased this iPad for one main use: reading the daily paper. After 50 years of receiving the Los Angeles Times 7 days a week as a delivered hardcopy, when the subscription rate went up twice in one year to $336 every 4 weeks, that was a bridge too far, and I switched to online delivery at $16 every 4 weeks. I, like many people, like to hold a newspaper in my hand while I read it over my morning coffee. The iPad is an acceptable substitute for that experience, which can't be duplicated with a laptop PC sitting on the kitchen table. The savings from just one 4-week LA Times subscription period paid for the iPad (and then some). I have planned for some time to switch from a quirky, crash-prone, 5-year-old Android phone to a later-model iPhone. I will definitely be purchasing that iPhone from BackMarket based on my initial positive experience with your company.

    This device is very similar in workability, speed, and functionality as my previous iPad. I did have to learn/search for a few things: like “where is the search button;” -nothing too hard. I am really enjoying this iPad. Only one episode of ‘screen vibration-jittering-shaking’, which cleared when I turned the unit off and re-booted. Thank you for a very nice device.

    It is excellent. Seamless transition from iPad to mini-desktop performance. The keys are responsive and feel just like my MacBook Pro keys. The touchpad had no lag and works well with all apps. (It would be nice to change the circle pointer to something else though.) The hinge is super strong and hold the iPad in many different positions in a very stable and sturdy manner. Shipping was good, although USPS is not the most trusted vendor in NOLA. It’s an excellent option, especially if you want a portable desktop on the go that still is an iPad
