    I ordered in excellent condition. The product came perfect. Arrived in an apple certified refurbished box. It also came with a third-party keyboard and mouse, I ended up using my mouse and keyboard from my older iMac. But the third-party once provided work fine. I went through all of the settings, everything is exactly as it's supposed to be. Not a single scratch. Very satisfied with this purchase. Also I order on the 7th and it arrived on the 10th. It was originally estimated to arrive on the 14th but it shipped out the same day I ordered it. Very fast delivery.

    Perfect description. Normal battery. Only 1 scratch. Would I have rated it excellent? Probably not because of the scratch, but it was worth the value. Great company. Fast shipping. Would order from this reseller again.

    I’m so happy with my MacBook Pro it came in its exact condition, excellent! If I was receiving it as a gift I would think it was new, I’m very happy that I bought my first MacBook with braking the bank for it. I love it so much:)

    My device is honestly perfect. The only thing is that the MacBook gets really hot sometimes, but I think that’s just because it’s a MacBook Pro. The MacBook also doesn’t hold charge very long, but again that might just be the fact that it is a MacBook Pro. I ordered the laptop and expected to arrive within a few few days and it arrived the next day! Overall, I’m very satisfied!

    I thought I was receiving an Apple keyboard and mouse. Instead, I get a paired hybrid wireless keyboard and mouse. I am having issues with the keyboard because it keeps disconnecting. The printed instructions are unclear on how to solve this issue. The camera on my iMac is inoperative. I did not check whether the camera worked before upgrading from Sequoia to Tahoe. I have tried several solutions to get the camera to work, but it's almost like it doesn't exist and will not work with any applications. But the rest of the iMac works with no issues.

    Very rarely do I buy brand new. I’m the type of person that will research a product for a long time based on my needs. My recent purchase is a huge upgrade from my previous 2012 MacBook Pro. I mainly do music production and video production which includes a lot of post production work. I’m also mostly on the move so I needed something that would allow me to do my work while mobile. My 2012 just couldn’t keep up anymore so I needed to upgrade. This M1 MacBook will probably even out perform my 2020 27” iMac. I’m very happy with the product.

    Overall, I am well pleased. I bought two of these iMacs so my wife and I now have identical computers. Shipping and packaging were great. The computers were like new, but the keyboard and. mouse were not Apple but aftermarket. They are working fine after I got them set up properly.

    Device was perfect. Exactly what I needed. No surprise that Apple doesn’t make or sell older versions of the keyboard. The only option for a new one is to upgrade/buy a completely new iPad. 🙄 Thanks to BackMarket for a reasonable, sustainable option!

    Completely honest review. Bought this laptop on a crazy sale for black Friday, but didn't realize until after the fact that I had a fair condition laptop. I lost sleep over it. I received it today (faster than expected), and there was a couple dents on the corners like it fell off the table, but the laptop itself was perfect. screen flawless, battery 98%, this was an absolute steal.
