    The device was not truly available to be activated on the TMobile network. This was the suppliers issue. Back Market was very responsive about returning the unit for a refund (though that is still being processed). I have since ordered a replacement from Back Market and that new one is up and running as originally intended for this unit. I will continued to use Back Market in the future for other ordering needs.

    The phone was in excellent condition, the reason for the 4 stars is because there is a tiny nick on the hinge but it doesn't affect the performance of the phone. I also returned one prior and it was lost by the carrier but BM did an awesome job in handling the issue and getting me a refund!
