I waited to use the phone for a while before reviewing. I am truly impressed. This phone works and looks as new. Not a single glitch. It is not pre-loaded with junk. It's really unlocked. All features and functions (and Bixby) work. My micro SIM (the small one) works, also a regular SIM will work. *The SIM loads in at the TOP of the phone using a KEY provided- DO NOT OPEN THE BACK OF THIS PHONE! or you will break the waterproof seal. I am now looking for another phone, this one will be for my son. Phone arrived faster than expected. Even the customer service and follow up are exceptional. Thank you so much!

Bought a "shiny" grade iPhone 8 64Gb Space Gray (model A1905) - my order was fulfilled by Digital Tech (understand that Backmarket is a 3rd party storefront for many refurbishers). Summary: despite one minor issue (below) I'm very happy & will order from Backmarket again when the rest of my family needs new phones. The phone is close to new & the savings versus new allowed me to buy MUCH more phone. Detail: * Shipping: ordered on July 2nd, arrived on July 8th (though as of July 12th, Backmarket's site shows it as "just shipped"!). This was via standard USPS shipping. Pretty good considering it was over the July 4th holiday period. * Packaging: the phone was protected front & rear by plastic film & wrapped in bubble wrap. * Accessories: as promised, came with an off brand wall charger and cable. * Condition: the phone is in "shiny" condition - everything (buttons etc.) looks to be in place, it's very clean & no visible scratches at all. The liquid contact indicator looks normal (so no water damage). * Functionality: everything works - all buttons, haptics, fingerprint sensor, compass, both cameras, WiFi, Bluetooth, speaker & cellular (LTE on T-Mobile) * Battery: is at 90% of maximum capacity & "supporting normal peak performance" (Backmarket promises at least 80%) One issue: I received model A1863. I'm OK with this since it has the same GSM/LTE bands as A1905 & will work with my carrier. Hopefully this was deliberate as the reverse (ordering A1863 & receiving A1905) would be a PITA for Verizon subscribers.

Before Back Market I lost $250 on Facebook market due to a stupid mistake of buying a phone Samsung S9 plus that was lost/stolen. Then I found BackMarket but still worried about getting screwed again. I gave BackMarket a try. I ordered a Samsung s9plus in good condition. Later to find out I couldn't make calls with the phone. I was bummed but they had 30 days and 1 year warranty. Thinking I was probably screwed again. They sent back my refund quick once they received the phone I sent back. I then spent that money to try one more time for the very good phone Samsung galaxy s9 plus. I am finally happy. Phone is in good condition. I can make phone calls and more. I guess they say 3 time is a charm. Thank you BackMarket. I am now telling others about you and not to shop for phones on Facebook market. The 30 day return and 1 year warranty is what makes the buy even better.

The phones came quickly, and were in great shape. We weren't sure how much damage to expect, but even at a lower level we were surprised about how good of shape they were in. We expected larger scratches or damage, but especially in cases they basically look new. Work great, just popped our sim cards over and they were good to go. Happy with how seamless it all was. I hate getting new phones, and the price, quality, and ease of setup were much appreciated.

Back Market did everything they said they would perfectly. The phone looks and works like new and delivery was especially prompt. While this is not on Back Market (and I imagine they might allow me to return the phone), let me use this space to warn that Spectrum Mobile heavily advertises that you can bring your own phone (primarily unlocked, late model Samsung and iPhone), but they DO NOT accept what they call "Open Market" phones as they determine by the IMEI number (which I purchased from Back Market). I decided not to support their deceptive practice and remained with Sprint, who did not hesitate to accept my phone from Back Market. So with this caveat, I highly recommend Back Market.

I am very happy with my iPhone 11 Pro. I requested a phone in “good” condition and honestly it looks brand new. The battery life is at 84% which falls within the promised >80% of original. The phone arrived promptly and I have had no problems as I learn the differences between my old (iPhone 8 plus) & new phone (iPhone 11 Pro). I am thrilled to return to a smaller and lighter phone. The 8 plus was simply larger than I was comfortable with. Was pleased to find an iPhone model that retained the zoom ability in photo. I can not understand deleting this function from so many of the iPhone devices. Thank you for providing me with wonderful customer service and the phone with the features important to me.

Even though I ordered a "very good" condition it was almost mint! Everything works perfect on it and I couldn't be happier! It only had one tiny color knick on the fingerprint sensor, but it is so small that you would never know it was there unless you looked very very closely.

I was a little nervous ordering from this site I hadn't heard about before, espeically since this was a gift for my daughter's birthday. BUT I'm so glad I took the chance! I was skeptical at first, but other reviews had me convinced this was the best option for refurbished. My iPhone 7 works great and looks brand new. It’s been 3 weeks with no technical issues with the phone. The one issue I did have was the shipping. The seller indicated it would be shipped via USPS, so I listed my PO Box as USPS does not deliver to my residence. I then got a call from FedEX after two days saying they could not deliver to my PO Box, and to change the address... I live at an RV park and the address is commercial and they would only deliver to residential. I had to get the run around from FedEx but eventually got the address manager approved and it delivered that day. My receipt still says USPS though, so that was a pain in the ass but the phone itself is great.
