    The customer services was great and awesome especially when you download a mail tracker to where got here. Also, I ordered the fair iPhone 11 & just a few scratches on the side lenses but not on the screen or camera. The quality of the renewed iPhone 11 is great & up to date in my opinion. You should order here at back market! :)

    I’m really happy with what I got. Having a new phone is nice in general, but I have been really impressed with the quality of the phone. I purchased the “fair” conditioned iPhone 11, and I think it’s better than fair. A few little scratches, but who cares… It works great and a case covers those little imperfections. Next time I need a new electronic, I’m coming back here.

    I ordered this phone almost a year ago now. It arrived in perfect condition and is still working just fine to this day! If you're afraid of the refurb... Don't be! This is a surefire way to save a ton of money and get the product you want!

    Bought a "shiny" grade iPhone 8 64Gb Space Gray (model A1905) - my order was fulfilled by Digital Tech (understand that Backmarket is a 3rd party storefront for many refurbishers). Summary: despite one minor issue (below) I'm very happy & will order from Backmarket again when the rest of my family needs new phones. The phone is close to new & the savings versus new allowed me to buy MUCH more phone. Detail: * Shipping: ordered on July 2nd, arrived on July 8th (though as of July 12th, Backmarket's site shows it as "just shipped"!). This was via standard USPS shipping. Pretty good considering it was over the July 4th holiday period. * Packaging: the phone was protected front & rear by plastic film & wrapped in bubble wrap. * Accessories: as promised, came with an off brand wall charger and cable. * Condition: the phone is in "shiny" condition - everything (buttons etc.) looks to be in place, it's very clean & no visible scratches at all. The liquid contact indicator looks normal (so no water damage). * Functionality: everything works - all buttons, haptics, fingerprint sensor, compass, both cameras, WiFi, Bluetooth, speaker & cellular (LTE on T-Mobile) * Battery: is at 90% of maximum capacity & "supporting normal peak performance" (Backmarket promises at least 80%) One issue: I received model A1863. I'm OK with this since it has the same GSM/LTE bands as A1905 & will work with my carrier. Hopefully this was deliberate as the reverse (ordering A1863 & receiving A1905) would be a PITA for Verizon subscribers.

    Super happy with Back Market buy and service. Replaced my 100 year old mom's iPhone 6 Plus with a reconditioned 8 Plus. It came quickly, was packed well, it was easy to transfer all over to new phone, and it is similar enough that my mom could transition to the 8 easily. Now, who wants to buy her iPhone 6 Plus?

    My experience with Back Market has been really good. The first iphone 6s I ordered had a faulty volume button and I communicated directly with the refurbisher to return it. Then ordered a second one from another refurbisher and the product is good. The home button is a little sunken in but that is the only thing. Otherwise, the product is in great condition. And super affordable for a phone I never wanted to upgrade from! The service is really fast. I would recommend setting up an account so you can track your order in case you need to communicate with anyone. I didn't do that originally and it took a minute to get connected. Also for some reason I had trouble accessing the site through Chrome but could open it in Safari? Otherwise, super grateful this business exists. With the rate of upgrades happening around phones, there are a lot of great phones that need a second life! I loved my original iphone 6s but smashed it up, so I'm extremely happy I was able to get the same exact one refurbished rather than having to spend $700 on a new one!! Thanks Back Market.
