Extremely happy with my refurbished galaxy S9. Shipping was fast and I recieved email updates, letting me know where my phone was. Phone is in great condition. No scratches, dents, or dings. It looks and runs like it's brand new. I wanted a good price on a used phone and Back Market had the best prices I could find, since I was wary of ordering off places like Ebay. When I need to upgrade or buy new phones, I'm definitely ordering from here again.

I ordered a refurbished Galaxy S9 to replace one that had been dropped several times with screen and cosmetic damage. The phone received from Back Market looked 100% better than the one I had. The refurbished phone was received on time and was packaged appropriately. I've only had the phone for a couple of weeks but so far I'm very satisfied with the overall appearance and functionality. Would definitely consider ordering again from Back Market.

Product arrived on time and well-packed and sealed. Considering that it is a refurbished phone of a "Fair" level, I'm very happy with it! It looks brand new and works well. The battery does seem to need be charged about every few hours depending on how much I use it, but for my purposes, it is everything I need. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

Very happy with my S9 from Backmarket. The phone looks and works as if it's brand new. This purchase was less than $150 and I'm grateful every day that I didn't drop $800+ on a brand new phone. It's also nice to know that purchasing refurbished goods helps out Mother Earth.

Like others, I was a bit hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone, but BackMarket and Wireless are the real deal. Prior to this experience, the last phone I purchased for myself was a Galaxy S7 pre-ordered from the carrier before their release date 6 years ago. So even though the S9 is only 2 years more recent, what a difference! The S9 I received was in like-new condition and arrived earlier than expected. Overall performance runs circles around the S7. Battery performance is great! The biometric sensor is very responsive. Multitasking on the S7 was virtually impossible, but on the S9 is very fluid and, overall, the phone is a joy to use. Based on my experience I recommend BackMarket.com as a reputable and affordable source for refurbished phones. I give them an A+ rating.

Very happy with BackMarket. The phone arrived a day earlier than expected, in very near perfect condition. Activation went smooth as silk, and all functions of the phone are in good working order. Greg has been great with communication regarding delivery, as well. I have experience buying a refurbished phone from brand x, where the microphone didn't work at all.
