    Good experience except for one day the phone decided to glitch uncontrollably switching between apps and with no touch screen control. There was no previous damage and no warning for this. It was just one week past the one year warranty. I would recommend the extended warranty.

    I have had the phone now for a few days. The battery life is really good the overall look and condition are better than expected and it came quickly. I thought the item would be shipped UPS so I gave my physical address and not my PO Box. The post office would have sent it back if I didn’t live in a small town where everyone knows everyone. I contacted customer service when I thought it was being returned and they were very friendly and helpful . After I picked up the package they reached out to check on me and was willing to start a return if I hadn’t got it.

    I ran the battery test on my refurbished iphone 12 mini the day I got it and it said it was operating at 80% - which is pretty good considering even 50% is still better than the iphone 8 I 'upgraded' from! You cant beat the price. Ver happy! :)

    This was the cheapest phone I could find anywhere and it’s great! I got the “fair” quality because it was cheap, and there’s a few tiny scratches on the screen that can’t be seen when the screen is on. This phone also came with a screen protector on, so there’s a chance they could just be on the screen protector. This phone was a much needed upgrade from my XR with a screen that was burning out. It works great! Everything runs so much faster, and the battery is so so much better. My XR needed to be charged twice a day, and this phone lasts a whole day with lots of use and only drops to about 60%. Other than the tiny scratches, this phone is brand new. I also got a nice discount ($120) for turning my old phone in, which I thought would be worthless. So glad I ordered my phone here!

    Iphone 12 mini arrived safely packaged when promised. Case shows no sign of wear but screen does have a small scratch in the center of the screen that does not interfere with viewing. Phone had a new lense protector on it when arrived but it did not have any damage so it was put on after the original face was scratched. Phone was factory reset when it arrived and was able to charge and initialize with no problems and updated to latest ios at that time. Just recently updated to ios 17.2 with no problems or issues yet. Very pleased with the purchase so far.
