    This entire experience was awesome, I was like I think alot of ppl are kinda apprehensive about a refurbished phone but I had about 250 to spend and it came down to being able to get a lesser phone that I really didn't want brand new or the exact phone that I wanted if I went with BackMarket, well I decided to go for it and I figured if I wasn't happy the full mo ey back guarantee was there to eas red my mind. Well I got the phone I wanted listed in fair condition, I was shocked when it arrived, it looks and operates like brand knew, it worked perfectly it was easy to transfer my data over too I had absolutely no problems at any stage of my purchase,delivery or set up. I would and have recomemnded ppl to purchase from yal. Absolutely blown away and will Def be purchasing more from here.

    So far so good; thank you so much!! This is for my teenage son who has a hard time taking care of his electronics, so I was happy to find a place who recycles or refurbishes already used... There is such a huge waste of electronics and honestly the local waste departments don’t make it easy to dispose of still!

    Great condition as advertised. Easy transition and stronger reception than the old phone. The Samsung keyboard for texting is really hard to use. Downloaded Google GBoard and it works awesome.

    This was a life saver, Had same phone and had broken the charging port. Part alone was more than this phone cost. Got the phone and was able to use the last charge on broken phone to transfer everything. Works better than my old phone.

    Don't hesitate. I was super skeptical at first. I even accidentally ordered the wrong size and had to cancel and order a different one.     The product came in a day early, completely safe packaging, and it even had a charging cable and fast charging adapter, which certainly helped. It definitely came in with near-mint quality, as the delivery said. Everything functions just as expected; I was able to get it fully configured with my service provider; and nothing seems broken or inoperable. I even got an app to test my battery's working capacity, and it's still at 98%-99% its design capacity! It's exactly what I was expecting, and this was the only legitimate place I could find this phone four years after its initial release, so this was absolutely incredible to find, and I'm glad it's as good as I'd hoped!

    Got it in the "Fair" condition. To be honest, it's more of an almost excellent. The only defect is the small 2 scratches on the screen? But it really does't mess with me at all. Everything works fantastic, from the camera to the back-PLASTIC. I capitalized "plastic" because if it was glass I would had broke the back the day I got it. Very good phone, if you ever want a phone to use as a daily user, and don't want to spend 800-1400 dollars, this is the choice for you.

    Let's just say that I am very happy with my purchase. It more than met my expectations as far as the "very good condition". I wanted the "excellent" condition but those went way fast off the site. In all honesty, I feel like I got the "excellent" condition for the "very good" price. I didn't have any problems with getting this connected to my current carrier either. All I needed was a new SIM card as I was coming from a Galaxy S5, which has been my ride or die phone. Thank you Back Market for making refurbished devices available to fit any budget.
