    The phone was in excellent condition. The screen had no scratches and the back was in great condition as well. The only thing that wasn’t like new was the battery message, which the seller disclosed, but this has not kept the phone from charging and working perfectly.

    So i order this phone for my son he loves it I had to wait a few days to give the review cause I wanted to test it out and so far so good after 5 days hopefully it stays like that this is my 5/6 time ordering off Back Market but with different company's and this one was Perfect for him I order the phone in Good Condition instead of Excellent & The Phone is Perfect so far it beats ordering from Apple Store for a kid my opinion and can save a few bucks my only concern was the battery charge only charge to 97% but other than that phone screen was perfect no scars or scratches on phone and the phone was delivered in less than a week so I’d say give it a shot if you thinking about ordering from this company!!

    Backmarket is great! Ordered for a gift. The only negative is that the phone was marked as excellent yet the screen had a lot a lot of scratches. Never had any issues or problems with a device purchase in the past so I was a little confused as to why this was marked as excellent.

    I like my new to me phone, a Galaxy S2. Overall I'm pleased but the battery burns up quickly. That is my only concern and complaint. I transferred over all my info by the time I realized this so sending the phone back was not an option. Not sure if I'd take the chance and purchase another phone off Back Market for that reason.

    On a surface level, this was fantastic. No issues, the phone arrived in amazing condition and fast too. Came charged with over half battery, and a charger was even thrown in. I am thoroughly impressed and am for sure going to use the service more. One thing to be aware of though about this specific 5G phone, is that it doesn't actually have the capacity to keep up with 5G Networks today, and thus cannot actually do 5G. It will still connect to 4G LTE networks all the same, and the phone is for sure an upgrade from the S9 series, but if you're buying it for 5G, as I was, you'll have to reconsider.
