Ordered a Fair Condition Phone, and it's was better than described. The back had lots of paint chips (easily covered by quality case) but the camera lens was flawless and I couldn't find any scratches on the touchscreen. Everything works perfect on it otherwise. I charged it to 100% unplugged it, let it run all night and it only dropped a few percent. No complaints from me. Also charger and cable worked great. Check out my video on it at YouTube #Crocs&Socks

The phone really is in "very good" condition. I might go with "excellent" if I had to guess. Then again, I don't know how long the battery and screen will last - i.e., how long a previous user used the phone. After a full week, it has been fully operational, good battery life, perfectly clean screen, great cameras....a nice upgrade after having a previous phone for 4 years. BackMarket was quick in shipping the item and had clear instructions for getting it going. Up to this point, I've bought phones new. Will never do that again!

The quality of the phone was excellent, it was brand new as far as I could tell, not a scratch and fully wrapped in protective plastic. The delivery was super fast, was up and running in no time after smashing my old phone. Also, I had originally ordered and received an iPhone X but changed my mind and returned it, the return process was incredibly smooth and no issues at all. Much happier with the 8 plus as I prefer the size and home button.

The customer service was very nice and friendly when I had a problem with my shipping on my part. The phone came in extremely good condition and the battery life was even at 100% max capacity which was one of my biggest worries because I was afraid the battery life wouldn't be very well. I had the slightest scratch on the corner of my screen but nothing you can really see unless you look deeply at the phone. Shipping came very fast and under a week. Overall this phone was a amazing product and if you are looking for a cheap iphone product this is the one!
