    Ordered the excellent condition unit. Arrived with ever so slight scratches on the back and screen is perfect. Seemed to have issues shutting off unexpectedly as it was being upgraded and activated but that issue seems to have disappeared.

    I was really excited about the purchase when I discovered the website. I ordered an iphone SE (2020). Therefore I also ordered a case to fit that phone. The phone came in today only to discover they shipped an iphone 8 plus, luckily the storage is the same or else I would be even more disappointed. There was no email or notification stating that it was going to be a different phone. Not sure if this is a common issue. I understand these are used/refurbished devices, but if I order one type I should expect to receive that or be notified if it's no longer available.

    My purchase was delayed so I received it much later than the other 3 I bought at the same time. When I received the phone, it was not the phone I ordered or the excellent condition I selected. Seller got in touch with me and offered me options. He said that my order likely got swapped with another customer's. We chose to keep the phone that we received since it was a step above the one originally purchased. While it was of a much less quality condition, our end use for the phone is only as a camera in a warehouse, so it was an acceptable trade off. I appreciated the seller getting into contact with me as quickly as they did.
