I was excited to find this model however it arrived and would not fully charge. I connected with customer service. They informed me i never bought a phone. I have email confirmation and charge. I've canceled my plan returned the phone with tracking for a full refund

This has been a nightmare. Seller advertised 32GB and charged for 32 GB, but sent 16GB. Seller was slow to respond and when they did, they wanted a return with photos before they would send a replacement of a different color. Their tone deaf response left me upset. This is not typical of Back Market. I was stunned and am still upset.
