    This phone is exactly what my mom needed after using the iPhone 7 for years and years. The good ole home button is something she desperately needs. It works great, has long battery life and works with both her US and Caribbean SIM cards. This is the third phone I’ve bought from BackMarket, not to mention AirPods and a MacBook Air. They’re my first choice for my electronic devices. Their emails are pretty cool too.

    I am happy with my purchase now. However my phone came without being restored to factory settings. There was no "hello" or prompts to set up my phone when I powered it on. Just a display page of all the apts on the phone. Being a very technical challenged person, it took five hours to finally try the reset and restore to factory settings. It worked and I was able to set up my refurbished Iphone 12. A little disappointed that there is only 79% of battery Maximum Capacity along with the message that my battery's health is significantly degraded.

    Backstory: I'm 73 and hard of hearing. When the Apple Airpods Pro 2 came out, I read about the hearing aid feature and decided it was worth a try. I researched which iphones would be compatible with the IOS18 upgrade necessary for the Airpods to be able to accept the hearing app firmware .
