This was our first purchase of refurbished phones and we were very pleased with the entire process. Ordered two Pixel 4a 5g phones from Bayshine Trading. They arrived promptly. Both were rated "good" but one really looked "pristine" to us...no visit knicks or scratches. The second phone had no scratches on the screen but did have two scuffs/knicks on the case, which are hidden by a protective case we use. One phone installed and worked flawlessly. The second would not load the latest Google security updates so the seller offered replace. Put the phone back to factory reset as requested by the seller and decided to try to load the updates again. Updated loaded taht time and phone is working perfectly so no replacment phone was needed. We are very happy with theses phones; may never buy a new phone again!

I bought an excellent-condition Pixel 4a after Google stopped selling new ones, and I love it. The screen was impeccable and the body had just minor scratches. Everything works great, battery life seems great after a week of use, I'm super happy to have got ahold of the phone I wanted despite there being no new stock left, and I'm pleased with the ~$75 discount from the original price for a phone that's, for my purposes, as good as new. This was my first purchase from BackMarket and I expect I'll be back next time we need to replace a phone.

I was skeptical to buy a refurbished phone but the price and specs were too good to let go. So I gave a shot. It only took 2 days for the phone to be delivered. I was shocked since I expected to receive it in 5-7 days. In the description online it said condition " very good" but I would said "excellent. " There was no scratch no dent on the phone , it looks brand new. It's been 6 months now and the phone still looks as new. The battery still hold charge as on day one. The sound quality as well as the pictures qualities are top notch. I really love my purchase from backmarket to the point that I just purchased 2 more items.

I'm very happy with my new (to me) phone and with the whole purchase experience. I had used a Galaxy Note 5 for six years and wanted to invest in something that I could keep a while again. I think the S20 FE was the right choice for me. Obviously, after such an old phone, I am enjoying the speed, storage, good battery, etc. I have already recommended BackMarket to a few people. It was easy to find what I wanted and order. The delivery was quick and the the phone looked like new to me- I can't find any scratches or anything. I also appreciate that when it says 'fully unlocked' it really is- I've read a lot of reviews of other sellers out there that send 'unlocked' phones which actually aren't. While I do hope to keep this phone for several years, when it's time to upgrade again, I will absolutely go with a refurbished from this company.

I was skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone but my husband has used Back Market twice and is happy with his phones. It was the best decision I made concerning a phone purchase. I'm very happy with the phone! I've had my new phone for two months now. I waited awhile before reviewing, just in case I had issues. I ordered the phone in very good/excellent condition and it was pretty much that. The screen is flawless (no cracks/scratches), the casing is in great condition (except for a small scratch on the back but my protective case hides it so I never see it) and all the buttons and the speaker work perfectly. I can't tell between a new phone and my phone. The touch screen has not had any issues whatsoever. The battery life is amazing. I can go all day without a charge. The fingerprint and face recognition work seamlessly. The camera is awesome! I love taking pictures and video and the resolution is fantastic. I love my phone. Back Market did a great job of giving you what they say they will give you. The price I paid was extremely fair compared to a brand new phone or the prices from other websites. And shipping was fast. If you are on the fence about buying a refurbished phone through Back Market, don't be. I'm extremely happy with mine. I'll definitely use Back Market again!

I am impressed with all aspects of buying a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone on Back Market. My phone looks new with no visible scratches or dings. I had no issues with getting new sim card and files transferred. It was priced good as compared to other reconditioned phones seen on other websites and local businesses. Found a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE for a great price. Phone arrived within 3 days in perfect condition - no scratches, no dings. Only came with the USB-C to USB-A charging cable (as stated). I have enough A/C Adapters so that's fine. Setup and transfer was super easy. i love the faster processor and bigger screen of the s20 fe. Yea, my Galaxy A10e that i've grown to hate can now be recycled.

Holy cow, this was an experience like no other. I was not expecting the phone I purchased to look practically brand spanking new, but that's just what it looks like. The purchase experience was easy--the only difficult part was deciding which phone to purchase of the myriad of choices I had, the shipping and handling amazing (it was free!), and the cable included is in excellent condition! While I do plan on purchasing a different cable/charger that will work with my new Samsung, I cannot say enough about this website. They promise excellence, and that's not an exaggeration. I purchased an item that was rated Good, which means "light scratches on the body that may be visible from more than 20 cm away." This phone was in so much better condition than that. I am very pleased and would absolutely, positively, come back to purchase electronics again at Back Market.

Order was received quickly. The Note 10 plus was much better than I expected. I chose the "Excellent" condition option. The one i received looked like a new phone straight out of the box. Got it activated with no problems. Been using it for about a week now and it works perfectly. It charges quickly and holds a charge for much longer than expected. This was my first refurbished phone but it may as well have been a new one from the cosmetic and performance perspective. Very pleased with it. Thanks Blackmarket!
