The last iPhone I had was the iPhone 4, then switched to android. I heard about Backmarket phones and decided to try it out. I got an iPhone 12 mini back in January 2022 and the only complaint I have is that the charging cable didn't work. The phone itself has been amazing so far, everything is functional, camera is fantastic, and screen is in great condition. I can't really ask for anything more than this at an already heavily discounted price. Definitely utilizing this site more often for other products.

The phone itself was truly in mint condition, shipping was prompt and the assurance of getting my money back if something was not satisfactory will have me recommending back market to anyone looking to buy a phone.

This is just what I wanted The speed of shipping was faster than what I expected. The quality of the phone is better than I expected. Good communications on what to expect and when the phone would arrive. Definitely a case of over-delivering on expectations.

Phone arrived quickly and was as advertised. The battery runs down very quickly, so that’s a disappointment, but maybe that’s how all iPhone 12 minis are?! I have to charge it twice as much as my old note 8. Other than that, I’m happy with my purchase!

my order came in a day earlier so that good, the phone itself has a few scratch on the front it make sense cause i pick the fair option, im happy with it the only problem is that I don't really know how to use the phone cause it my first ios phone

I was searching for an iPhone 11 Pro and I stumbled upon this absolute steal. 256GB for $540!!! Although I was hesitant, I went ahead and got it. 3 days later, it arrived. Although it came with no box or charger, the phone itself was nice. The screen had a few small scratches but I DID pay for the "fair" quality.

It was not locked AT&T, I could not use my AT&T sim. I also could not request an unlock because there was a pending request by someone else. The refurbisher had poor communication, shipped the device a week late, and offered no apologies for sending the wrong product.

I recently order Iphone 12 mini from back market. It was in fair condition with full price(including tax) 433. But when I received the phone it shows a lot of dents on Iphone body and scratch on screen. I didn't like that so decided to return it. They did refunded me. I am not unhappy with doing business with back market. This could be much better if the pictures of the devices can also be shared before making order, like how it looks like how much dents or screen scratch it has. This could save back market mail money. At the end I am not unhappy by doing business with back market. I will even recommend people to do business with back market by following the rules. If you don't like it just return your product with in time limit. Thanks

I love ordering from this sight. Everything has been exceptional but the iPhone 12 mini. There were visible chips all along the bottom and sides of the screen and phone. The customer service was exceptional and I received a full refund on the phone. This will not prevent me from purchasing from them again due to the other awesome products I have received previously and their amazing customer service.
