    iPod Touch 7th generation arrived packed Luke a Faberegè Egg! USB-C to Lightening cord and wall wort included. Set up was fairly easy. The only concern was that the iPod got super hot! Turns out the charger that came with iPod is the Wrong voltage/wattage for this iPod. (should be 5V. This one is 20V! So badly done on Reconditioning company!) Plan to use the iPod for music in my salon space. Will run it through its paces in the next few days. If the hot battery situation continues after I switch to safer voltage, I will have Backmarket warranty it.

    So I had heard about this website and decided to give it a try. After looking at the reviews, I felt really good about ordering a laptop in “good” condition to save a little money since I really only need it for occasional remote work and personal use. I have to say that this laptop is basically flawless and might as well be brand new. I honestly cannot believe that I got a MacBook in perfect condition for under $600. I have been telling everyone I know about this website and it’s honestly the best refurbished marketplace I’ve seen. I can’t wait to purchase more from BackMarket.

    My purchase experience turned out to be an amazing process! First, I was on the fence about buying a refurbished device, and too, I was skeptical about trading in my device because I had to factory reset it and send it off to a complete stranger. However, the device that I purchased was in top tier shape! No dings or dents and has been working flawlessly so far! My trade-in was received annd processed quickly and I love the fact that I was notified of every step of the purchase and trade-in process. I received the full price for my trade-in and all is well! Super happy with BackMarket and the device that I purchased! 💪🏽

    I was skeptical about refurbished products on the internet. I read reviews and decided to give Back Market a try. I was pleasantly surprised when I received my iPod and it was just as described. It works perfectly for what I needed and I’ve already ordered another product and spread the word to some coworkers! Back Market is a great place to get great quality at a lower price!!

    I’m very happy with my purchase. It shipped pretty quick, maybe about a week altogether. The iPod itself is refurbished but I can’t tell that it’s not brand new. I almost bought a used one on Facebook but I’m very glad I made this choice!

    Shipped fast and received it in better than stated condition. No issues with Back Market or the refurbisher whatsoever. Will definitely purchase from again. My only gripe is with the product itself. I went with an iPod Touch as a cheap way to use a baby monitor app on iOS. Apparently, the Touch wasn't really made for long periods of video watching as the baby monitor app uses a lot of battery and gets pretty warm. Again, I don't think this has anything to do with it being refurbished; it was just made for playing music primarily.

    This was easily the best purchase that I ever made. I ordered a silver 2019 16” macbook pro with 64g of ram in “good condition”. Well let me tell you. This thing is in brand new condition. I haven’t been able to even find a single scratch. The screen is perfect. Absolutely perfect. It must be brand new. The battery still is in near perfect condition. Shipping was i think 3 business days. The machine was bubble wrapped in multiple layers, 100% protected and cared for. Just amazing. I now have a brand new $4,000 machine for 75% of the price. Thank you guys so much!

    I ordered my MacBook Pro and it came within 3 days. I paid for the fair condition-- and it came perfectly to be honest. I didn't see a single scuff or scratched. The only downside to my order, was that I didn't receive a charger with my order like it said I would, so I had to scramble to find a compatible one. BackMarket support responded to me almost immediately and credited my account for one. I was a bit nervous as it was my first order from BackMarket, but I would definitely purchase from here again.

    Very satisfied with my purchase. I’ve had this MacBook Pro 2019 for over a month now & I love it. I had the 2013 MacBook Pro but wanted to upgrade and I’m glad I did! I use it for school & normal web browsing & it has been working great. The speakers are loud af. I love the Touch Bar btw! I bought this computer as Fair Condition but it came looking beautiful (like new) and most importantly it works :) Thanks guys I will definitely purchase from this website again & the seller who supplied mine was called Sprout.
