    Awesome! Came in "Fair" condition, which was really just only one small nick. Came with a new battery, that is an apple battery as it is reading the battery health. Got an awesome trade in on my old device also. All in all, 10/10 for Backmarket and its team of independent refurbishers!

    I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a reconditioned iPhone but I am delighted with my purchase. It is in excellent condition, no noticeable scratches at all, and the battery is as expected, in very good condition as well. I will use BackMarket again when I need new to me technology.

    The phone has been absolutely excellent so far. My only complaint is that it was at 83% battery health percentage, and I thought BackMarket said all phones will be at least at 85% battery percentage. I will be replacing the battery when it gets at or below 80% and I do wish I had a little bit more time, but overall it was still definitely worth it to get this phone refurbished.

    I have always wondered about a refurbished phone....and after the experience I have had with back market and knowing how it helps mother earth ill never buy any other way! The phone was in almost perfect condition. with Christmas near I could only afford the fair model let me tell you this was far more then fair it was nearly perfection and what ever scratch it had was covered by the phone case.....but cosmeticly that was the only tiny issue everything else was a 100%! the price was way better than purchasing brand new i even saved some money for downloading the app for my first purchase. I felt confident that if for some reason I received a lemon back market would make it right. I would recommend to purchase all your tech needs here! Thanks back market because of you a single mom was able to make her babies one wish come true for his 12th birthday! 🙏🏽

    The iPhone 12 mini looks flawless and seems to be working out well. There are two warnings I cannot seem to clear for a replaced screen and battery that aren’t official Apple products but after about a day I don’t even notice the warnings anymore. Overall great product and experience from backtrade.

    Happy to receive my iPhone 12 mini. Irritated seeing the battery life was 78% upon receiving it. This led to a conversation with a customer service agent for a while (had to invest my own time into this), for something that wasn't my fault. The customer support agent was very friendly and helpful. The physical quality of the phone itself is in great condition. So, I will try the recommended next steps of shipping back the phone (more use of my time) so that the seller can repair the battery to at least 85%. Clearly, this is a huge, ongoing quality assurance issue that is negatively impacting user satisfaction and brand perception. Back Market needs to revise their auditing practices. This is my first time using Back Market for new devices. I saw this same scenario has happened to many users. I will be filing a larger complaint with Back Market around these vital process improvements.
