I'm very happy with my iphone 13 purchase. The phone was in exceptional condition and I paid for good condition! I could not find anything wrong with the device. It charged to 100% and lasted for three days(after tweaking it to conserve power)! I will purchase from Back Market again!

Phone appears in great shape after a week. It came dead, but realizing it’s probably been sitting in a box a few weeks, so it made sense. Once I charged it up I could see the battery was in great health. Love the photo quality. It’s been a nice step up from my X.

Incredibly fast shipping. The phone is in great condition, very minor scratches which is expected as just good condition. Works perfectly fine and is definitely better than my old iPhone 8. I highly recommend.

Overall, I’m incredibly satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to receiving my trade-in reimbursement! Occasionally I’ll press the screen and my touch momentarily won’t register, which I would’ve appreciate a heads-up about, but it’s possible it has to do with haptic touch or perhaps I’m just not pressing hard enough. Regardless, I couldn’t be happier that I chose BackMarket!!

Phone in better than "good" condition; the tiniest scratch on the screen if you try to find it, otherwise like new optically. Battery health at 86% which others reported; I assume that might be the reason for "good" vs. "excellent".

Needed this phone quick when it became clear that my iPhone 11 was on it's last legs. I took time to look up reviews of all the different versions of iPhones in my budget range, and found that the 13 would be a nice upgrade camera-wise and most of the functionality would otherwise be very similar to my 4-year stint with the 11 – plus I could physically just transfer my sim card from one phone to another without having to deal with getting an esim assigned like you do starting with the 14. The camera itself is so much better and it's a feature I find really important to me. For some reason when I stopped into an AT&T store to see if I could get a new sim card that was less beat up, the store employee said that they could not give me a new sim card anyway unless I got the phone through them. That said, the transfer was pretty easy from one phone to the next using the cloud and the former AT&T sim card. I needed the phone up and running that day so was glad that the process wasn't too bad.
