Its been fine after software updates and opening the back of the case to push the ssd in more. At startup, it would boot the bios without recognizing the storage device but after that and getting everything updated it's been good. Only finger prints are noticeable that don't come off but that's from the material.

I had to install drivers to stop repeated crashing. I’ve only had it a week or so. Haven’t had time to actually game on it yet. I also noticed some issues with the screen. It looks “smudged” but it isn’t.. so some pixelation issues are occurring as well. It was sold in “excellent condition” which says the screen would be flawless.. which it most certainly is not.

Whoever wrapped this, they put it in a single layer of bubble wrap in a huge box, dropped it in, and then threw a few sheets of more bubble wrap. Not even enough to fill the box. This laptop was slung around in a 24x24 box for two days with less than an inch of cushioning on three sides. A piece of the grate for the speaker/vent broke off, but luckily the screen isn’t busted. It’s aesthetic damage, but that’s pretty lame for a $1900 purchase. It’s not worth my time to return it- I need it for work now - but don’t buy from this seller, because this could’ve been a lot worse and I’d hate for it to happen to someone else.
