I love the phone is like new. I like screen size and I was able to move all other phone information to new phone by Smart Switch only took about 2 hours. I have a lot on my old phone some I deleted off new phone. The picture quality is awesome it like watching 4K viewing. I love watching movies, YouTube videos and tik-Tok videos. If you purchased this refurbished phone, you will not be disappointed. The store BAck Market alway guaranteed there product and it has not failed me yet.

I want to thank Back Market for my new phone. I got the excellent and that's exactly what was delivered to me not a single scuff mark anywhere scratch nothing it is perfect. I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

I purchased the galaxy s20 5G in gray approximately 3-4 weeks ago in excellent condition. so far it works great and I have no complaints about the features so far. the phone has no noticeable scratches and plenty of features.
