Refurbished iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB

In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process. Purchased 2 phones (good condition) for my wife and I. Both phones were in advertised condition. My phone had the screen replaced during refurbishing, and the notification from iOS software was super annoying, but it did go away after a week or two as noted on the back market web site. Battery life seems to be getting better. It felt like the aftermarket screen replacement notification was draining the battery, but now I go 24 to 48 hours between charges. Overall it is a great phone for the price. I cannot image paying full price for a new phone again.

The phone came with someone’s old cracked screen protector on it, which was pretty shocking to see when expecting to pull my excellent condition phone out of the box. I wish they had taken that off. It also made me question how thoroughly the screen was inspected during refurbishing, if it all. Despite that, I have had no issues so far with the phone and am glad I made my purchase.

Item arrived as stated. I’m happy with it, and do happy with the price! Definitely would recommend back market for buying refurbished phones! Overall, a very easy process. The only downside was when the phone arrived it was not in the set up mode. So it took me a little while to figure out that I needed to reset the phone so that it would be in the initial set up mode.

The phone had no scratches greatest phone out there but if you do buy phone off this app don’t expect to have your battery at 100% capacity but why expect that from a refurbished phone but 5 stars love it and no issues

I purchased the excellent quality refurbished iphone and I absolutely love it. If you hadn't told me that this was refurbished I wouldn't have noticed. It feels completely new to me and I don't even see minor scratches, it looks completely clean. Love it!

I've been very hesitant to purchase refurbished technology in the past but BackMarket has changed my perspective. I was planning on buying a brand-new iPhone 15 Pro (or Pro Max)but couldn't convince myself to drop that kind of money, then a friend recommended BackMarket and it has been such a great experience. I bought this iPhone 12 Pro and am honestly glad I got this over the 15, half the price, and not all much different. Thank you BackMarket, you've earned yourself an ongoing customer.

The Iphone13 pro is in really good condition. My only gripe was that the charging port should have been cleaned... I noticed it wouldn't charge with the standard cord, so upon checking, the port was full of dust/ pocket lint. I removed it carefully with a toothpick (there was a lot) & it's working now, but it should be cleaned when the phones are refurbished. Other than that, spectacular company & good experience. So happy to get a cheaper, high quality phone & help reduce carbon footprint in the process. :)
