    This new (refurbished) Iphone 13 Pro is great. Size is very compatible with my needs (especially pockets, cameras and microphone and speaker are very good quality. Transferring all my stuff from old IPhone 11 to this was so easy. Thanks to Back Market for all their help making this possible.

    Overall happy with the value of my iphone 13 pro purchase. I’m always about saving money. Upgraded from my iphone 11 because it started acting up (i believe due to Apple’s programmed demises of older models). I selected the “excellent” quality of this refurbished phone and I will say i was surprised at how scratched up the perimeter (sides, top, and bottom) of the phone was. Thankfully the screen and back panel of the phone were essentially blemish-free, which i cared about more. I just put a clear case on the phone so you cant see the scratched perimeter so it’s all good. Getting a “discount” in the form of trading in my previous iphone 11 is also pleasant. Would def recommend Back Market.

    In the past I always bought new phones because I didn’t have real trust in refurbished phones. But as my son had a great experience with Backmarket, I thought I should go with them this time. I bought a phone advertised as being in “very good condition” and I have to say I‘ve been totally happy with everything so far: their service, shipping, and the phone! The reason why I don’t want to give a five star rating is, that I was a bit disappointed that it didn’t come with a new battery, though. The battery is still good at over 80%, but at a price of $600 for an iPhone 13 Pro, I definitely had hopped it would come with a new battery! But apart from that I really can recommend Backmarket and their products.

    I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process.     I got a fair condition iPhone 13 Pro 256gb and man, this this is like excellent condition! It arrived with the screen and back glass scratch-free!! Only minor scuffs on the sides which is nothing, right!??! This was the lowest prices comparing it to other platforms like Plug or even eBay. I’ve always bought my phone refurbished and on eBay but I have back market a try and they definitely exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

    Overall fairly pleased with my iPhone 13 Pro with one exception. Pleased with back market and the service. I bought a “fair” condition phone, as cosmetics of the case are not too important to me; I put it in a case anyway. It was my impression that regardless of cosmetic grading, the phone internals are supposed to be fully up to snuff. My phone alerts me that it cannot verify if the camera is a genuine part. Not the end of the world. The cameras work well — except the telephoto camera has a couple of small smudges indicative of dirt on the CCD sensor. This can only be seen on a uniform background, like a clear blue sky or a white wall. I doubt most would ever notice, but as a photographer, I see it. It’s not a deal breaker, but a slight annoyance. My guess is that this phone’s camera was refurbished or replaced. I don’t know if it was replaced with an aftermarket part or not. Maybe. It works.

    This is my second phone purchase from BackMarket. (I plan to get a computer from them soon as well). My last purchase was an iphone 8 64 gigs, in 2021. I've significantly updgraded to an Iphone 13 Pro with a lot more storage! Lack of storage was the reason I really needed to get a new phone... 64 was never going to cut it for me, I should have gotten at least 128 then. (Lesson learned). But, I will say that it is such a treat to have a high functioning camera (I've never had one!) It's so cool to have (if you actually use the features). Anyway, in terms of this purchase, I am super happy once again. I chose the "good" option with standard battery. Battery arrived with 94% capacity which I'm very happy about. The body is just fine with a small scratch, which I never care about because I put an otterbox case on all of my phones. I just want a working phone with a perfect screen and I always get that from BackMarket. I love this refurbished website more than the other ones I've looked at. BM is the only one I've actually used and when I looked at some other sites recently I understood why I keep choosing Back Market... their warranty and website are top notch. Super happy!

    I decided to purchase a iPhone 13 Pro from this seller because their asking price was competitive among the sea of iPhone refurbishers on BackMarket. This is the third iPhone I've purchased off BM and thankfully, it's the only one I won't have to request a return for. The iPhone was shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. I purchased the phone in 'Good' condition and although it doesn't quite meet BM's description for 'Good', I can understand why the vendor labelled the phone as such. The back and sides of the iPhone (including the camera lenses) are flawless: no perceptible scratches, dings, or discoloration. The screen has a few scratches, two of them particularly noticeable but it doesn't affect the touchscreen's responsiveness and they're only visible when the screen is off. 'Good' is a fair label in my book. As for the software, it's snappy and apps are quick to load; a significant improvement over my aging Samsung.
