    Did a lot of research prior to buying off of BackMarket and I was real wary of going through with it. But from browsing for a phone, picking out the exact one I want and getting a trade in appraised too was super simple! The interface online was easy to interact with as well! I bought an iPhone 14 Pro 256gb and it got here a day early too. My new to me phone came with a battery at 91% capacity, and was bought in excellent condition, which I completely agree with! There were no scuffs, marks, scratches, nada! Just a little bit of lint from what looked like a cleaning towel but nothing a little light dusting couldn’t fix. My only complaint with this whole process was that I didn’t know who I was buying from until after I completed the order. Being that this is my first time ever on BackMarket I could have just easily missed it while I was looking but that was really it. Everything else about it my experience was smooth and really painless, even sending in my trade in was painless too! It helped that I was eligible for a free trade in kit, but even if I wasn’t I would have used the box that my new to me phone came with and just resealed it up again! All in all a great experience!     It came quickly but with a teeny-tiny scratch on the screen. I was concerned about it until I realized that the battery is 100% capacity! This seller went above and beyond, in my scared adventure to purchase a pre-owned phone. The site sent me an email several days ahead of arrival with step-by-step instructions on how to set up the phone. If someone like me can do it, you can too. Highly recommended!     was super nervous ordering from here -- saw a lot of reddit threads saying not to buy from back market. but i did anyways and was honestly surprised and impressed with everything! i got an iphone 14 pro in excellent quality and it came in like 4 days and looked almost brand new! only issue is it looks there's a piece of dust or hair stuck on the camera behind the screen and it bugs me but i'll get used to it since it's not actually impacting the camera. battery is at 90% which is nice :) the top of the phone had a scratch but honestly i didn't even notice until writing this review. either way i love my new phone and will buy in the future!

    I love it 10/10. Mint condition, no visible scratches on the iPhone 14 pro. Works well. EXCELLENT BATTERY. It did arrive dead but once I charged it up, worked perfectly. Ive purchased 3 iPhones from back market. This is the only reputable seller I trust. Excellent customer service. Definitely doing the planet and the world a huge favor.     The phone arrived with the Display being an unknown/unrecognized device. I would have expected that when the phone was repaired it would have been replaced with a genuine Apple display. The generic displays are known to have issues down the line and even though I have purchased additional insurance on this phone, the hassle of having to ship my phone somewhere and being without it for however long it would take is not what I expected after spending what I did.

    The actual phone itself is in amazing condition! I’m loving it and so happy with my purchase!! I bought this a mo th ago, and the only negative thing I noticed was the battery life. The battery health is only at 87% so the battery could be better, I’ll have to get it replaced at some point. But everything else is great!

    My experience with back market was very good however something is not right with the screen of the phone. I had a very difficult time getting the glass screen protector to stick…I tried 3 times each time with a new protector. Unfortunately it still has large bubbles in it. I’ve never had this issue before.
