Refurbished iPhone XR (unlocked)

I am very happy with this phone. And bc I feel like I got a great deal for opting for the refurbished option it makes me feel even better about it. Like I am so smart and why would I ever buy a brand new device when a company exists like back market. There is no risk bc you guys have the customer service side of things executed perfectly so I feel like the risk with buying refurbished is completely non existent. I know if anything is wrong with my item you will fix it promptly and politely. Can’t go wrong! Thanks

Ordered my daughter the iPhone XR in blue in “good” condition. When we got it, it came in quicker than it said, and looked absolutely perfect. It was in almost new condition. I couldn’t see any markings on it at all. And it already had a screen protector on it. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I order excellent and it has a few scratches. also, whenever I had it on the charger, it started to overheat, but I left it alone for a little bit and it’s perfectly fine now I needed an upgrade from my iPhone 6s so I bought an iPhone XR, overall, I’m very pleased

Got my husband an android smart phone a few years back. I had an iphone. Was disappointed in the number of incompatibilites there were between our phones, so I got him a phone just like mine, an iPhone XR. I love it. He isn't a techie, but at least I can help him out when he gets lost or hits a wrong icon.

I ordered this phone to be in “excellent” condition, which states that it’ll be used-like new. But that’s not entirely the case with this one. When I went to charge it, I noticed that the charging port is not aligned properly causing issues with charging, and has visible wear and tear around the port opening. And without a screen protector on, you can see signs of scratches on the screen. Another thing is that only the right side speakers seem to be working. Since I ordered this to be in “excellent” condition, I am clearly disappointed in the outcome of device I have received. If I had ordered it with a different condition preference, knowing there’d be the chance of having some damage to it, then this wouldn’t be an issue. I’m not upset, just disappointed, that I spent a higher price for “excellent” only to get “great”.

I open my package and it fine until I go to activate it and the screen didn’t want to turn on I had to have a friend fix it for me but still after if to much pressure is placed it will turn the screen black

The phone works great! Slapped a protective screen saver on and purchased a clear phone case to show off the actual beauty of the color of the phone and it looks so nice! First phone for my 13 year old. Great birthday present!!
