    This is my 5th purchase with backmarket and I have been impressed every turn. The switch came with everything I could have needed including the wrist clips for the joycons. I waited to review until I’d had time to see the hard/software for what it truly was being refurbished. Of course the body and controllers had a few noticeable scratches on them but it was all able to be polished up a bit. All in all another great purchase. Thank you backmarket for saving the tech!

    One of the panels of the consoles was not attached upon arrival. The inside of the panel had some gross brown residue on it. i cleaned it off and reattached it. Also some scratches on controller and console. Overall, it’s fine. But the ease of removing the panel makes me wonder why it wasn’t wiped off, if it’s truly refurbished and not just used and resold.

    Techline was the refurbisher that provided my PS4 controller. I purchased a PS4 Pro through Back Market from another refurbisher that came with one controller already but wanted another for some local co-op. The order took a little longer to get to me than I had anticipated. When I opened up the box it arrived in, the controller inside was packaged nicely with bubble wrap and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. It would've been nice if the seller had included a micro USB charging cable as a courtesy. So now I have to order one. Would buy again though. Thanks!

    this didn't come with a mounting dock to connect to tv, that's the main reason I bought it so I could play on tv with my wife. I had to go to game stop to purchase one which costed 80$ in total I have paid more than the price of a brand new switch. I feel like an idiot, I really like back market but this seller did me dirty. I would be happy if I can get a partial refund of 80$ to cover the cost of the mounting dock.

    I had a switch lite forever and wanted to be able to play on my tv. I know the new Switch will be here before we know it so I got a used one. This is perfect for me.     Not only was this whole process sooooo super easy, but I absolutely love my new Xbox. I was going to sell my old Xbox One privately because I was told it wasn't worth anything for trade-in. I ended up buying a brand new Xbox Series S, and was not satisfied so then I found myself here in the home of BackMarket. I found the Xbox that fits my needs and for the same price as the Xbox Series S I bought directly from Microsoft that ended up getting boxed back up and returned within the same week I bought it.     I got two of these about a week back, was looking for a new controller and a friend of mine mentioned he needed one really bad to, I wasn't willing to spend the full $140 it would normally cost for two xbox controllers but I did wanna get my friend a (early) birthday present. I found this listing and the price was perfect, just about the cost of one controller off the Microsoft store for two of these. They got here 5 ish days early which was awesome and have worked fantastic. Both me and my friend have enjoyed them and haven't found any issues!
