I received the item with pieces loose and missing and even taped to the side of the pc.... Upon trying to start up it said no media recognized and then it stopped starting up all together... Upon looking inside there was no 256gb ram as described only empty slots.. This was a gift to my 7 year old son for his birthday but I'm the one mostly disappointed... I can't understand how this computer was shipped to me in this condition knowingly.
