Good purchase so far! Only one very small hairline scratch on the screen but other than that it was ok.

I was really excited to get my new phone, however when I tried to switch everything over using Samsungs smart switch app I wasnt able to due to a security protocall. I took the phone to my local AT&T store to see if they could help and with some digging we found that the phone had an admin management app still installed that could not be removed without the security pin. This is common with phones that were issued to an employee by an employer. It makes it so they can moniter sensitive data from being stolen or lost. Tried to message and call backmarket directly and still have not got a reply. Also sent a message to thier help center 5 days ago. Hunted down KoalaStashs phone number (the refurbisher) through online research as it is not listed on this site. Talked to thier help center who directed me to call samsungs help center. After about an hour of being on the phone with samsung and letting them remotely search the phone and try to remove the app they told me they could not. Ive always had good experince before with backmarket, my current phone Note9 is from them all my beats headphones. But this is pretty messed up.

Glass front, glass back, I cannot find a scratch even if I try. Set up this baby is very easy. A++ in my book. For this unbeliverable price, I Plan to get another Note20 Ultra for my Pokémon Go video game.
