I ordered this phone a while ago received it and found out itbwas unusable asked for another one they told me I had to send it back got charged a shipping fee to return it found out it takes about a week to make the turn process get the phone to the proper spot only to have to wait 3 more days before they would a,send me a replacement or be a refund and here I am 4 days later still waiting on the what ever they plan on doing. I purchased the phone on 1/10/26 - sent the phone back on 1/14/26 and they received on 1/19/26 said i should hear something by the 1/24/26 it is now 1/26/26 and I still haven't heard anything at all and im very disappointed because I havent had any bad transactions before with backmarket but this is really bad by far and this something they should have a solution for as we send it in

So what arrived was *IMMEDIATELY* apparent it was fair quality at best. Several scratch marks on the rear screen, main screen, and back of phone. FYI they offered a *MAX* of $35 on the spot. Had another item arrive worse off (iPad mini 6th gen), max for that was $20.
