WOW! iMac arrived quickly, in an Apple refurb box! There was a slighty musty odour from inside the box, but odour went away quickly. The only cosmetic issues were on the back of the iMac, and were fairly small. iMac booted up quickly, was a snap to set up, and so far has been performing as if it were a new desktop. The multiport usb adapter I purchased has worked seamlessly with this iMac, as there are no usb ports on the newer Mac devices, and I want to use my superdrive to add CD's to my Music library. I am very happy with this purchase, Back Market has saved me big bucks once again, thank you!!

Purchased this machine to replace my nearly decade-old iMac, and couldn't be more pleased with it. My old iMac was a 2015/32GB/i7, so was initially leery that 8GB would be underpowered for my graphic design and photo editing work. Turns out my fears were completely unfounded - with the M3 processor, this new computer outperforms the old one even in its heyday. The mouse, keyboard, and cables it came with all appear to be brand new. It was shipped in secure packaging, and arrived quickly considering the distance it had to travel. For a fantastic price, I received a blisteringly fast, cosmetically perfect computer that functions beautifully for everything I need it to do. Hoping to get a decade out of this one too... but will 100% purchase from this seller again when the time comes time to replace other apple products.

Overall, I am well pleased. I bought two of these iMacs so my wife and I now have identical computers. Shipping and packaging were great. The computers were like new, but the keyboard and. mouse were not Apple but aftermarket. They are working fine after I got them set up properly.

This is the first time I have used an iMac. I had a difficult time downloading the Microsoft Suites. Also I am not able to save my documents to an external hard drive (eHD) unless I reformat the eHD. I do not want to do that, because I have years of important information on the eHD already. Reformatting the eHD will erase everything; so I guess I will have to purchase another eHD and have it reformatted to Apple.
