The iPhone 11 Pro Max was delivered in a couple of days. However, as I was setting up the new phone and transferring my data I noticed during setup the screen is not an original Apple screen and the Face ID does not work. Good phone came in great shape though. I will be sending back for a repair.

I bought the phone for my daughter and she was using it most of the time via our home WiFi. When she went out of the house she could not make or receive calls. The seller advertised the phone as locked with T-Mobile. We always had T-Mobile plans but the phone was not working on T-Mobile. I took it to a T-Mobile store, they tried everything, new SIM card, eSIM, called their support. The phone is locked but not with T-Mobile. This is second phone that I will need to return, 1st one stopped working after few days, and now this one is not working on T-Mobile as was advertised. Very deceptive and frustrating

I ordered the same phone here for the second time, the first time I received a perfect phone. The second one came with a Chinese screen that broke after a week, the phone was all scratched and dented, although I ordered it in excellent condition. I wrote to the service department and they told me that they could exchange it for another one since I had no evidence. 🤔🤔🤔👎🏻

It says it’s locked to T-Mobile and my T-Mobile SIM card or number cannot work with this phone. It doesn’t even have an e-sim option. What a waste of money
