This is the second phone I’ve ordered from backmarket, I recommend them to EVERYONE! Not only are they reducing waste, but you can’t beat their prices either!! I ordered the iPhone 12 mini in “fair” condition, and it showed up looking brand new with only a few teeny scratches on the body! For $150 you seriously can’t beat it. I’ve never had issues with the longevity of their refurbished phones, my previous one lasted almost 5 years. The battery capacity on this one is 80% and it has no problem getting through the whole day off a full charge. Everything works like it’s supposed to with zero issues! I love this company, I love this phone, and I could NOT be happier :)

It was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap, and came within two days. The phone also came with a charger, so I didn't have to buy one. I will be ordering again maybe a laptop or another phone.
