iPhone 13 Pro 128GB - Gold - Locked Verizon

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro in excellent condition. I was very pleased when I received the phone as it looked like a new phone with no visible indications of use except some very small marks around the outside of the screen which I was not concerned about due to that are being covered by the case. It also had 89% battery life which was great to see on a refurbished phone. The shipping from the provider was very fast and it came packaged very securely to prevent damage. I had set up the phone installed the case and was attempting to install the glass screen protector. After two attempts with different screen protectors I determined that the screen was not fully flat, middle higher than the edges, but not visible to naked eye. The screen protector would not adhere properly due to this. I was very disappointed because up to that point I was loving the phone and experience with the refurbished product. I decided to return the phone and I have nothing but praise for how Back Market handled the return process. Very well managed, lots of timely communication, and no hassle with the return for a full refund. Although I wish the first phone would have worked for me, the overall experience was good and I am going to order another phone from Back Market.

Phone came in mint condition, and so far I’m happy with it. Seems to work perfectly! Assuming the phone continues to work like new, I would recommend buying through Backmarket again.

Extremely disappointed. This website was a waste of my time and money. The phone is a hack job. The screen seems to have bends or cracks, with creases and folds that prevent screen protectors from sealing properly. Additionally, there are strange divots and bends in the corner, indicating potential issues with the screen protector or poor quality replacement. I'm disappointed and concerned about the condition of the phone, as it doesn't meet the expected "like new" standard. The strange mark in the middle appears to be a scratch with a protector over it, indicating subpar repair or masking of flaws. Overall, the quality falls short of expectations. Not to mention the scratches all along the periphery of the screen, which this grade should not have. This is a waste of my time and money.

Phone arrived in immaculate condition (rated excellent) with nary a scratch, Chip or crack. Macro and wide-angle justify the positive reviews.
