I love my iPhone and pro laptop, both are so like new it’s hard to imagine they are used. This has to be the best way to buy electronics in an ever changing tech world. Sorry I missed the cut off date to write review for laptop but I was busy getting to know all the advances since my 2009 MacBook Pro, and there have been a lot! And the iPhone is big so I can see the screen. A great big thank you to the companies that do such a super job of refurbishing! I’m sharing with everyone who will listen of your great program, I am a customer for life!

Phone looked great and held charge very well after opening up. We finally made time to activate it, and got message that the camera had been replaced with a non-Apple camera. Jury still out on how good the after market camera is. Understand that it’s refurbished, but figured that might be battery and such.

This was my 2nd attempt on ordering an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The last order had to be sent back due to be sent a pro instead of Pro Max. I read tons of reviews where other customers were blown away and amazed with the phones they received. I felt well maybe it's my turn to be wowed and so I pulled the trigger after making my selection. Fir me, anything that could go wrong usually does when ordering from anywhere. I selected 512GB in Good condition, hoping I'd get Excellent, with no or few scratches. I was blown away with my device that also came ahead of schedule. I got an iPhone 13 ProMax, not only in perfect condition, with a minor ding on the corner, (which didn't matter cause I'm keep mine inside cases at all times), but with also 1TB of storage. This dealer SOLIDIFIED my faith in Back Market for refurbished products. If at all possible, I will be using them again and again with future orders. I've had no single issue, nor complaint on this order. I even got the full value quoted on my iPhone that I sold to Back Market a couple weeks prior. Thank you again Back Market and keep up the outstanding work that you and your dealers are doing.

I’ve only had this phone for about a week but so far, it hasn’t given me issues. The camera acts up every now and then. Usually when I reboot the phone, the issues resolves. The phone is refurbished so, you get what you pay for. I’m satisfied so far.

I was scared to buy from Back Market for a while but glad I took the plunge! If you can get a phone from my refurbisher SaberTooth, I recommend it. I ordered this in good condition and the screen was flawless, no major dings on the body, battery at 84% but given that it’s a Max and above 80% I’m happy. And the warranty and return policy were there to help just in case.

Overall great looking device, but for a premium refurbished device that was supposed to come with a new battery it only came with 93% capacity. Still love the phone and definitely better than the price of a new one!
