Loved how fast and reliable the service was. The process of placing my order was easy and I didn’t have any problems. I paid for the upgrade to “excellent”, and I was expecting an item in decent condition that was going to look used. However, the condition of the phone I received exceeded expectations. It looks and works like a brand new phone from Apple. The battery is at 100% performance, the screen is in perfect condition,, and the same applies to the body of the phone; there are no dents, no scratches, nothing indicates that this phone has been refurbished. Everything was literally perfect! Even though I got good condition it wasn’t a scratch on my device! Perfect picture and sound! I honestly couldn’t tell that this was a refurbished product! Quality of the iPhone is exceptional for a refurbished product, and ease of setting up with a new carrier was seamless. When the email of instructions on how to set up the phone with a new carrier arrived in my inbox, I was expecting some nebulous instructions on a complicated process; it was simply a video link for those with smaller, less popular networks that may have greater difficulty than I did. At first I was hurt because the phone caned Graphite color instead of the Sierra blue I ordered. But the phone came and you can’t really tell it’s refurbished. It’s literally like brand new. Everything from the packaging to the phone's condition is perfect! I was a bit worried about the phone being locked by T-Mobile but all I had to do was connect it with my old T-mobile SIM card and it works with no problems. As I ordered it in excellent condition, it came with no cosmetic damage to the screen and entire body and it works as if it is new. The phone's battery is at 98% which honestly exceeded my expectations on what it was going to be. I am amazed at how this phone is even classified as refurbished since it feels and looks like it hasn't been used! I'll be completely honest, I was a bit skeptical when ordering this for my fiancé. He is typically not a fan of refurbished or second hand products. When the phone came in & we unwrapped if from the packaging, we were completely BLOWN AWAY by how amazing the phone looked! I was not expecting it to be in literal mint condition. Not a single scuff, scratch, dent, etc. The software is working perfectly, the glass lenses on all there cameras look perfect, the lock button & volume buttons are working perfectly. Everything about the phone feels like I bought it direct from Apple.
