4/5phone was reported stolen and we are unable to use because phone is "black listed " with carrier. been using back market for years now. but these last 2 phone I ordered had the same issue. Back market needs to do better about making sure they are not selling stolen phones

If the problem doesn't fit into one of the categories of "help," there is no option to simply talk to someone and get help!! I have purchased from Back Market muoltiple times, but I can't get anyone to help me with this and am beyond frustrated!
