This is my first time doing a BackMarket iphone. I've done laptops with great success. I feel this iPhone had the touchscreen replaced with a non Apple glass. Touch is either oversensative or non existant. I've had to disable all wake on raise or other settings that may turn the glass on. Dissapointed but don't have the time right now to deal with it.

I’ve bought multiple phones a laptop and several iPads from back market and they’ve all been amazing. This is the first time I actually paid for an excellent condition one and it was the worst one I ever received. The back was all nicked up with a very poor paint job that didn’t even cover it. Shipping was also really poor, I was tracking it and the Friday morning that it was in my town it randomly went to Texas and I didn’t get it until the following Monday. Customer support was good and they gave me a 5% discount so I could re-order a better one and return that one to the seller. I don’t know what the quality issues are, maybe they’ve gotten so big that they are taking on too many refurbishers and the quality control has gone down. I know I’ll stick with ordering the fair condition ones from now on.
