I had my doubts about ordering a refurbished MacBook, as I have never owned a MacBook before. However, for purchasing in "good" condition, it is practically brand new with no visible blemishes. Very impressed with the shipping time as it came in only a couple days from ordering to delivery. One downside is the battery life isn't phenomenal but that is my only complaint when it comes to this computer. Highly recommend!

My user experience with Back Market was superb: the ordering and buying back of my Mac was seamless. And the shipping was super fast! I was a little disappointed with my Mac. I was surprised that there was noticeable flaw in the display and the shift key feels like it's on it's way out. In the past I've purchased refurbished Macs on eBay and felt like the description matched what I received, even exceeded many times. This time, while I didn't feel the need to send it back, I was underwhelmed with what I received for what I paid. For what it's worth the body is great, it's more excellent than good condition. I love the company mission and the ease of purchase but in all honesty will likely go back to eBay next time around.

I was skeptical about purchasing a used MacBook Air, but I needed something to take on the road with me and always wanted a apple laptop of some kind. I came back to the website several times before committing and purchasing this one. I had a hard time understanding how to get it going at first, and a few up the keys in the upper part of the keyboard where stiff and stuck, but overtime they have loosed up and this computer works fantastic! I am so pleased with my purchase and I for sure would recommend anyone getting something from this website if you are wanting to save some money and still get a great product!

I love using Back Market and I tell people about it anytime they are looking for electronics! I've purchased a few things and this time I treated myself to a MacBook Air. The physical appearance is impeccable, so far no issues with the device itself. It had some charge when it arrived and went straight to set up. It's my very own! My only issue is that I ordered a silver but I got a rose gold. Which is usually more expensive/sought after, I think, but I prefer the look of the silver color. Kind of bummed about that but I'm going to get a case for it anyways. Overall a great experience! Thank you!
