I got the 14” M1 Max MacBook Pro and it's absolutely immaculate!! After searching for any signs of prior use the only thing I could find was the smallest spec on the bottom that's only visible in specific lighting. I'm pretty happy with the computer! It works great - I'm blazing through 4k video video editing etc no problem. The one thing is that it arrived with a few slight defects with the screen. Laptop was advertised as 'excellent' by iPower Resale and is truly in excellent condition! The physical condition is just like new and the internal battery rating is 100% (excellent). A brand new charger was included with the purchase. It also arrived 3 days early, essentially the day after I ordered, even with standard shipping. Packaging was well done with foam cushioning and surface protection. How are you going to try and tell me this banged up laptop is in excellent condition. My 5 year old macbook air is in better condition than this and I wouldnt even call that one excellent. I need my refund ASAP this seller is dogsh*t.
