First time buyer here on this website after seeing it on an ad on youtube. I have got to say this is literally the best thing that has ever happened to the world of tech! I wanted to get a new laptop after my old one broke from school and I wanted to treat myself by getting a macbook. Not wanting to spend all that money on something new I tried this place out and was skeptic as most people bc my past experience with refurbished tech has not been the best. So I took my chances with this one and I couldn’t have been happier! Literally took 3 days from pressing confirm to arriving at my doorstep (a day early btw) and it was packaged so nicely and secure I was absolutely stoked! When I opened it it looked like they bought it from Apple themselves absolutely brand spanking new and they were even nice enough to put a case and a keyboard protector! There was no scratches,malfunctions,or chips on it at all I couldn’t have been happier! Quality said fair, I say fantastic! Perfect condition! Shipping was amazing. Couldn’t have been more satisfied with my purchase and at an amazing price! I bought the Fair option and it still looked really good. Minor scratches but nothing to disappoint me for the price. It’s been working great so far no complaints on the speed set up. Would definitely buy another refurbished model from you guys again. Shipping: It came 2 days after ordering. right on time! The macbook pro: Its in near perfect condition. Just a small scratch under the laptop (not even ontop) and the keyboard looks used. Thats the highest fault I can find with the product. For a product in "good" condition this is perfect. I ordered the excellent version and it far exceeded my expectations! There wasn't the tiniest mark anywhere on the computer. I'm thrilled with all the "new" programs compared to my 2012 MacBook pro. The 2TB hard drive means I don't have to store photos on an external drive. Shipping was even faster than I expected as well. purchased a MacBook pro and generally very happy with it. Only issue is the "s" key sticks and requires more force than the others to register - resulting in mistyping errors.
