The MacBook Pro I received looked to be in perfect condition cosmetically, came with Sonoma already installed and ready to go. Well… ordered an excellent 2019 MacBook Pro and that’s exactly what it is. No visible scratches everything fired right up and is in great shape! Only 126 battery cycles (anything under 1000 is good). Couple small issues but I believe updating the Mac solved those. Now this is day 1 so I will update again after having for a while but from what I’m seeing so far I will never go buy a brand new machine again. Got my Macbook pro very quickly. Open it and it looks like a new computer. could not find any signs of damage. The only way I could tell it was used is to see on the keys if you get the right angle of light you can see they are used. I finally got every thing transferred from my old Mac. Every thing seems to work great, no problems son for. Very satisfied with my purchase. I’ve had this MacBook Pro 2019 for over a month now & I love it. I had the 2013 MacBook Pro but wanted to upgrade and I’m glad I did! I use it for school & normal web browsing & it has been working great. The speakers are loud af. I love the Touch Bar btw! I was pleasantly surprised by this one! The Macbook was advertised as "fair" condition-wise, but arrived in a very goood state. Only a few scratches and blemishes could be seen on the chassis, but nothing bothersome or even super noticeable when in use. The shipping was also very quick and I was shocked when my Macbook arrived within 3 days! I really like this MacBook. It is a small model, and looks good. Also, the battery life is very good for a 2019 computer. I have had no issues with it, and recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and reliable MacBook. This has nothing to do with Backmarket, but the only thing I don't like about it is the computer heats up VERY quickly. I waited about 3 months to write a review. This laptop is amazing ! I Purchased the fair version and only came with one scratch. Everything works just fine in the laptop. The only thing is Apple Pay but that is okay for the price!
