Once the return was received, I reordered the same model laptop and a few days later got exactly what I ordered, but with far less wear than I would have expected for a "Fair" rating! 5/5I really wanted a 2015 MacBook Pro as I use USB-A, HDMI, and SD on the go and hate dongles and adapters. My first order from Back Market was a lemon and I had to send it back, but this one is PERFECT and I love it. The battery is in great condition, and the computer is in great shape. Very very happy with customer service for helping me get a refund on the lemon so that I could purchase this perfect model :D

4/5Arrived fine and everything was working. Several months later the speakers blew out for no apparent reason, just started sounding really warped and grainy one day; I deal with it by using headphones. Overall happy with my purchase as I saved a lot of money on a decent laptop I can video edit with.
