Overall the shopping process was good. Communication was good on everything except the condition of the laptop. I chose a "good" condition, but it seemed to receive a "Fair" condition?? It is scratched up and marked really badly from previous stickers. that should be communicated before you ship. Also, I wasn't charged less for getting a Fair condition instead. If I had known the poor condition that this was in, I would have paid more. Hi. Unfortunately the battery of my computer is in the worst condition. It has to be connected to the charge all the time in order to function. It doesn't pass from 1% of battery. Also the letter e on the key board is bad. The thing is that someone brought me this computer as a gift and I'm in Colombia so I do know what to do. It looks pretty good, excellent display. Not particularly crazy about the keyboard; it has a tendency to add random periods and the space bar lags a bit.
