    The Motorola Edge+ seems like a really great phone for a reasonable price with all of the features that it comes with. We were a little disappointed at the phone that we got with some visible nicks in the case from much more than 20 cm away. The back of the phone was also separating slightly from the case, like the adhesive was not applied properly after refurbishing. That's not what we expected from an "Excellent" phone and not consistent with our previous experiences with Backmarket which always seem to under-promise and over-deliver.

    Sent me a Verizon locked phone that was the wrong color with poor battery health. not at all what I ordered or expected quality-wise. There were a few other reviews with this issue, but if they rectify the problem promptly I can consider chalking this up to poor QA and changing the rating.
