this was my first time using backmarket, and even thou it was a negative experience i will try them again. the phone was in perfect condition but wasn't unlocked. which was impossible for me to unlock by calling Verizon. they told me the last owner had to call and have it done. or I have to wait 60 days. sonit 100% had to go back. support wasn't really helpful either.

you are by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. First you send me a pixel 6 pro with a dead battery, then my second time I ordered a phone you send me a Veriaon phone when I need an unlocked phone and then the third time I ordered a phone from you, you fuck me again and send me a verizon phone when I ordered an unlocked phone. Now its been 24 hrs since I've filed a complaint and I've received no help what so ever. This company is a joke. I can't believe how your company hides behind scripted automated texted that show no sympathy for a person in my position because of your company and the real kicker is I have to do all the work to get another phone. when you screw up 3 times it should be on you to get me the correct phone I order and not up to me to send back the fucked up phone you sent me before you start helping me out. your the ones that fucked up and screwed me over start acting like it and please help me out. Sorry ass excuse for a fucking company, I guess only when you order fucking Iphones do you guys do your fucking job. fucking pathetic

are you FUCKING kidding !!!!!! i ordered an UNLOCKED Motorola edge and you FUCKING sent me a verizon motorola edge. NO FUCKING WAY!! THIS experience has been nothing but a fucking joke and a fucking headache. i will be screaming from the rafters how bad your fucking company is. I need a fucking phone for my job and you guys are letting me down at every turn. first the pixel 6 pro and now with the Motorola edge. i have gone almost a whole month without a phone because of your fucking company. i need a phone sent out to me today the fucking Motorola that I ordered. today. you should send me a free phone for all the bullshit that I have had to endure because of the bullshit of your company. i want a phone today and you can take your 5% discount and shove it up your ass
