Better look that I thought for a fair condition. Shows little or no scratch. Arrived quicker than expected. I'm overall quite satisfied. I'm not sure if it's actually unlocked or not since I'm using it on a t-mobile network.

People were giving a bad rap online about some of the products but you must read the description very carefully I saw others complaining about not receiving chargers with your mobile device -but it depends on the condition of the device you choose so if you choose "good" then there's a chance you will get the device without certain components such as charger or headphones-i chose "excellent condition with top shelf" quality and got the device in wonderful condition and my charge everything works perfectly fine just like brand new! Thank you again!

The phone was in excellent condition. Working good so far. The only issue was with the listing. It was listed as having a charger with the phone. When we got it there was no charger. I contacted seller and they said they do not send out chargers as they do not want to add to the electric waste. That is fine, but don't list the phone with a charger and then not send one. There was a USB cable with the phone. I would buy again but with the understanding I may not get all the accessories that are listed with the listing. There is an option for a new battery on some phones. Next purchase I will get one with this option and have it changed. Worth a few extra dollars. Thanks
