Very Good Phone. Prompt Shipping. But... Buy Back Program? You want last four digits of SSAN and Bank routing numbers for a $61.00 payment. Yikes!!! Feels pretty creepy and a great way for my bank account to disappear. And... what does Back Market do with those bank routing numbers AFTER the transaction? Ordered a Galaxy Note+ 5G - Locked Verizon in Very Good Condition. Phone arrived in perfect condition with no scratches or scuffs. Turned it on and was greeted by an AT&T logo during the boot screen. I was immediately concerned that it might not be unlocked for use on Verizon's network. Since I needed to replace the 4G SIM card with a 5G SIM card, I went in to my local Verizon store. The phone works seemingly fine with Verizon's network, but can't help but be disappointed that the seller couldn't provide what I ordered. UPDATE: Since the phone is setup as an AT&T device, it seems I cannot do system updates on the Verizon network. And with 5G service yet to arrive in my local area, I'm unable to verify 5G operation. I'm told AT&T and Verizon use slightly different 5G standards and I don't know if compatibility is software based or hardware based. Now the question is, do I send it back and go another week or two without a phone and risk being charged fees for wear, or do I try to flash it and risk bricking it or making it completely incompatible with Verizon?

Well I ordered a Verizon compatible phone and received an AT&T locked phone. The phone I ordered for my mom being the exact same phone didnt come when it was supposed to because of the wrong address being recorded. To be honest I'm fed up with this experience. So after spending about 1200.00 we get nothing but headaches. I have to send my phone back in only to wait days to receive the right phone!
