Device did not meet definition of listed condition. Camera did not work as it is supposed to (we have another Note 10 in the family so it was easy to verify as not working correctly.) Phone had very poor signal and dropped numerous calls (again we have another note 10 in the family so this was easy to identify as a problem.) Ease of use of Backwater site and return process was nice, so I do plan on attempting another purchase but will avoid same vendor for obvious reasons.
