“I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! And I WILL USE B.M. FOR EVERYTHING IN THE FUTURE!” After reading some of the reviews about people getting their items with deep scratches or customer receiving the wrong item entirely. I was really worried! Then After finding out that it doesn’t come direct from back market, they use 3rd party sellers which I didn’t know until after the purchase, I was freaking out, because I didn’t have much money to spend. But I COULDNT BE HAPPIER! the shipping was FAST and EFFICIENT!! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! For selecting the “Fair” option I truly expected THE WORST! But it was the TOTAL OPPOSITE! There were just normal wear marks on the front and the back was flawless! It was the closest you could get to brand new without paying crazy money! Thank you guys for selling great products!

All positive with this purchase. It was on time. Fedex was great. The phone came with a charger & cable, sims ejection tool.The Phone was in great shape and has been performing excellent.

I want refund back card I returned it

The correct phone was sent to me but the incorrect charging cord. I offered to send back the incorrect cord (which I have no use for) in exchange for the correct cord and Back Market said they would. Then they sent me a message that the seller was giving me a $10 credit toward a future purchase instead. I don't want to purchase anything else. I understand that mistakes are made, but it should be made right by sending the correct cord, not by a credit.
