Got a “good” phone for around half off the deal price of a new s22+. I ordered black but they didn’t have that so they basically sent me a brand new white s22+. Basically looks like it came out of the box and the battery is even 100%. I am sure mileage will vary but I am happy.

I Bought my Galaxy S22+ at top Shelf Excellent condition. I can tell you this phone came like new with no blemishes or scratches. Software wise its fast with a clean display and camera works fine (these were some of the things i saw to look out for in other reviews). The experience with this phone I purchased, sold by ExportTek, has been a disaster. I paid for an unlocked phone and received a locked phone. When contacting the seller or Back Market, I received instructions on how to get rid of the T-Mobile notifications for an iPhone. I asked this question and when I called CS, I was told that phone was unlocked and the notifications from T-Mobile would not affect the function of the phone. I received instructions on how to get rid of notifications for an Iphone. CS person obviously did not check what I purchased. I received a return label and have sent back. Now I am without a phone. Also, I asked for the overnight shipping fee to be waived on the purchase of a replacement phone and I was told no. I was offered a discount but the code did not work. I contacted the rep again, and he sent another code. It did not work either. I want to leave a good review, but right now would not be a good time as my experience on the second phone is not good. I would just like to have a working phone and be happy like I was with the other S22 Plus I purchased.
