the phone overall works pretty good there are a few glitches that I can definitely tell it's been used or it might just be a Samsung Galaxy flip thing the overall appearance of the phone is great for the price that I paid I am very happy with my purchase.

The device arrived as expected and was in excellent condition. So far, we have not had any issues with the new device and it is working as expected. This will be the 4th device I've purchased from Back Market and I've been very satisfied with every purchase, including this one. One thing I would note though, when we received the new device and power cord with block, the block did not work correctly and would not charge the device. Fortunately, we had another Samsung block already, and it worked to charge the phone just fine.

I've been using this phone for over a week at time of review and I'm very happy with the quality. Out of the box the phone was in great condition. There was a minor amount of pocket dust on the edge but was easily wiped off. The screen is in perfect condition worked as advertised. The hinge has a slight click to it but from what I read this is normal for the Z Flip.

The purchase was very easy and efficient. The phone is in very good condition. There are a couple of very minor software issues (notifications won't show on the cover screen, visual voicemail icon not showing on phone app) but certainly nothing major.

Used it for the first few weeks without service until I switched over completely. Played a bunch of games, and they're very smooth. Call and cameras are good Came in great condition. Does get pretty hot with extended use.

This is my third unlocked phone through Back Market (I've lived overseas on and off over the last 10 years). Always reliable, always excellent condition, always very responsive support staff. Really love being able to get a mint condition phone with the exact specs/color I want and be able to pay for it in installments with an Aspire loan. And I really love not having to go through a US carrier and all the extra bloatware that they push on you in addition to what you're already getting with the phone's ecosystem.
