this little phone is so fun! i got it and its in great condition, couldn't even tell if it were brand new or refurbished. it took a little bit to get used to, the flip action brings back memories though. The screen has a few new dents from my keys in my bag but thats my fault, thought they'd go away but nope, still there. i got tons of comments from my family and coworkers asking me what i was using haha! happy birthday to me :D

I ordered the item on a Tuesday morning and it was delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Phone looked brand new- no marks (I purchased Excellent condition). Super easy set up process and so far so good. Everything about the pone seems new and you would never tell it was refurbished. Love the peace of mind of the 1 year warranty. I will 100% recommend back market to my family when we are in need of another phone.

My first purchase from Back Market and won't be the last! As soon as it arrived (about 3 days), I opened to find my phone neatly placed inside and great packing material. I was overall impressed with the quality of the device and has not given me any issues whatsoever. I will be looking forward to my next purchase! I love that this exists and such a great way to keep e-waste down! I will be continuing to go here for all refurbished devices.

I was skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone due to my iPhone 11 cracked....I took a chance with back market and I have to say I'm in love. I think moving forward going to get all future phones from here!!! I chose the fair option, phone had no scratches anywhere!!! Was able to setup and transfer most of my things from IOS back to android. I'm in love!!!!! Phone is basically brand new. Got many compliments. Very satisfied customer. Thank you!!!

I made the switch to Samsung because of Min Yoongi I'm gonna be honest. Him smiling on the front row had me going wow he REALLY likes this company. I'm not a heavy phone user. It's why I have used a 5s iphone since it came out and I only upgraded to a iPhone SE 2020 because my job that paid me barely over $12 kept saying my phone was too small. Imagine that. iPhone SE 2020 too small to STOCK GROCERIES ON A SHELF. That's the miserable world we live in. I quit that job and kept the iPhone but again, I'm not a heavy user. I literally use it as a glorified alarm clock. I'm the person who had an iPod shuffle and miss it. The little clip on one. Anyways I said when I do upgrade, I'm getting refurbished because HELLO I am team PLANET. Hence why I use my electronics until I literally cannot. I recycle so much I made that the symbol on my cat's id tag. I LOVE upcycling and everything I really do. Moving on to the phone review if you are still here. I'm gonna be COMPLETELY honest. I got the phone because it flips. I love tiny phones that close. I like opening my phone and closing it. I made several calls and thought, hmm, maybe talking on the phone is ok. Not really cos everything NOW ...

Buying experience on Backmarket is superb. I got the Galaxy Z Flip4 256gb in perfect condition for 1/3 of the price. Only down is that the battery does not last as long as if it was brand new, but it can still hold a full day of normal usage.
