This was a replacement for my S9 which I also bought from backmarket 2+ years ago. Vast improvement over the S9 except for the camera. Will not focus on anything 12" or closer. Didn't know when I bought it but seems to be a problem with the S20. Phone was like new with no scratches or defects and arrived quickly. Was easy to setup by using the Samsung app to transfer to the new phone. Will always buy from back market for phones and tablets and have always bought refurbished and never a problem. Great company.

I can’t say enough about the quality and outstanding perfection of my new Galaxy S20+5G. This is my 3rd smartphone purchase from BackMarket and this phone is by far the nicest phone yet. A week later I purchased an Apple iPad 9th Generation with 256 GB of memory for an amazing price. I love BackMarket and all my friends buy their phones and tablets from BackMarket too!

Been very happy with this first purchase on back market. Arrived about 3 days earlier than the estimated delivery which was a nice surprise. Been using this refurbished phone (excellent condition) that released back in 2020 for about 2 weeks now and wow it's been in working fantastically. The battery works like it's new. All the buttons work as does the fingerprint scanner, no issues with the cameras. I have yet to find any issues and the 120hz motion smoothness is worth the sacrifice in resolution to keep it more in line with most current flagship phones. My only complaint is that there are minor superficial scratches on the screen from obvious prior use but are only noticeable when screen is off and actively looked for.

The team is really fun to communicate with,also the website is nicely designed!!The phone arrived in good time and is functioning great,looking just as good as advertised.. The trade-in hasn't been as good of a process,but that's just because of the circumstances..The Iphone I wanted to trade-in I salvaged from a house and was still linked to an account, so we can't do the trade.??

Phone looked in great shape for however they advertised it. Looked almost brand new. Will try and update in few months. But for now, feel good about purchasing from they instead of Walmarts website with refurbished phone that I returned instantly.

I picked an unlocked Samsung S20 in Excellent condition and they delivered! Not a single scratch, works perfectly, battery performance like brand new.
